Rent, matched from the bank
- Bank statements (CSV) matched to each tenancy by payer, reference and timing, across accounts.
- Rent by year, month by month, with when and where each payment arrived.
- Amounts written the Indian way: ₹1,20,000, not ₹120,000.
- A CSV for your CA. Anything unclear goes to a short review.
The mailbox, read for you

Your data and its AI stay in your house
With the Appliance and with Home, your agreements, bank statements and tenant mail are kept on a small machine in your house, in India or abroad, with the AI models on that machine.

The data, the documents and the AI models. Its services have no route to the internet.
The relay
With the Appliance, ours, in Google Cloud. With Home, a small machine of your own. It passes on mail and sealed phone alerts, and stores nothing.
The internet
Your mail provider and phone push services, reached only through the relay.
Tenant data, bank statements and mail never go to a cloud AI service.
The box always calls out. The relay cannot call in.
Mail is read, never changed: nothing is marked, moved or deleted.

Questions
Straight answers
I live abroad. Does that work?
Yes. Dominus runs where you put it: an Appliance or Home server in your house abroad, or Dominus Cloud. You see your Indian flats from anywhere, and a relative or agent in India can have a manager view.
Does my data go to a cloud AI?
With the Appliance and with Home, no: the AI models run on the machine in your house, and tenant data, bank statements and mail never go to a cloud AI service. With Dominus Cloud, the AI is Google’s Gemini on Vertex AI, and your data is stored in Google Cloud in the US.
Which Indian rules are covered?
None yet. Indian properties are tracked in rupees, with rent, agreements, deposits and mail. Indian rules, such as TDS on rent and the financial year, are planned and will be added only after research and review.
Does Dominus collect rent or move money?
No. It reads your bank statements and matches each payment to its tenancy. It never pays, transfers or collects anything.
Do I have to type everything in?
No. Your properties come in from one Excel workbook, bank history from each account’s statement file, and mail by connecting each property’s mailbox.
What is Dominus Appliance?
The private edition without the setup: a sealed Dominus box with the AI models on it. You plug it in at home and it keeps every record on its own encrypted disk. It is in pilot now; join the list to be one of the first.
